Bowdu is going to be eight years old this weekend.
Even at his age, this Shiba hasn’t necessarily learned how to be dignified.
He can still be provoked into a full-on Shiba 500 at the park.

No doubt he will always remain difficult, but mostly, he has mellowed into the noble dog he was meant to be. Ever proud. Ever Shiba.

I love that you’ve given him the time and structure he needed to become the awesome dog he is today. There will always be a challenge when you have an independent, head-strong dog – but thats why we sought them out in the first place, right? To keep it interesting?!
